The Line finder is an add-on for your mobile platform to give your robot the ability to detect lines or nearby objects. There are 2 sets of infrared emitters and receivers, to make this module reliable and conveniently in projects.
The sensor works by detecting reflected light coming from its own infrared LED. By measuring the amount of reflected infrared light, it outputs 2 digital signal to a microcontroller so the robot can reliably follow a black line on a white background, or vice versa.
This module outputs logic HIHG when no obstacle detected, and LOW when obstacle detected.
